Allow me to introduce myself: My name is Mr. Sam Preble and I am truly honored to serve as the principal for the second year at this wonderful institution. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with students, educators, and parents alike, and I firmly believe that fostering a collaborative relationship between all stakeholders is the key to creating a thriving and supportive learning environment. 

At Lakota Elementary School, our primary focus remains on providing the best possible educational experience for your children and sharing our vision: To Inspire Minds, Shape Values, and Build Futures.  

 My education philosophy centers around four fundamental pillars: 

 Academic Excellence: I am committed to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring that every student is challenged and supported to reach their fullest potential. We will continuously assess and improve our teaching methods to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each child. 

 Holistic Development: Education is not just about academics; it's about nurturing well-rounded individuals. We will encourage the development of social, emotional, and physical skills, promoting a balanced growth in our students. 

 Inclusive Community: A strong sense of belonging is essential for a successful learning journey. We embrace diversity and aim to create an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment where everyone feels valued and celebrated. 

 Effective Communication: Open and transparent communication is crucial for a successful partnership between school and home. I will always be available to listen to your concerns, suggestions, and feedback, as well as keep you informed about school events and progress. 

 Throughout the academic year, we will organize various events, workshops, and opportunities for you to be actively involved in your child's education. I encourage you to participate, volunteer, and engage with us as we work together to shape the future of our students.
