Tuesday, April 8
- Lunch today is Loaded Bacon and Cheese French Fries.
- Breakfast tomorrow is Cereal and Toast.
- The JV and Varsity Softball games that were scheduled for today have been postponed.
- State assessments will continue today. 8th graders will continue the math test period 1. 8th graders will complete the writing exam during periods 5 & 6 with Mrs. Haugland and Mrs. Ulland. 7th graders will test periods 3 and 6 in the math room. 10th graders will finish the science exam during period 2 with Mrs. Ulland. 10th grade will also complete the math test today with Mr. Lloyd during periods 4 & 5.
- There is an FFA meeting today in the Ag Room during Raider Time.
- There are picture forms available in the office for Trap Shooting, Prom, and Senior Gown pictures.
- Students in grades 9 through 12: Please complete and return the "Alive at 25" forms that were mailed and emailed out by this Friday, April 11th.

Monday, April 7th

- Breakfast tomorrow is Long Johns.
- Congratulations to the top finishers at the Grand Forks Indoor Track meet last Friday: Dagan Slade 1st in shot put, Tyler Cree-Beglau 1st in the boys 1500m, 3rd in the 600m, and 4th in high jump, Miles Fincher 3rd in long jump, 4th in 60m hurdles, 4th in 4X300 relay, and 10th in the 60m, and Joe Skalicky 8th in Shot Put!
- The baseball games that were scheduled for today vs. Larimore have been postponed to a later date.
- Boys golf practice begins today in Petersburg gym after school.
- State assessments begin today. 8th grade will test period 1 in the Math room. 10th grade will test period 2 in the Science room. 7th grade will test period 5 in the English room.

- There is a varsity indoor track meet today @ Grand Forks starting at 5pm. Track participants are dismissed at 2:30pm. Good Luck Chargers Track!
- The Lakota Close Up Fish Fry will be held this evening at the Tillhouse from 5:30-8:30pm or until gone.

Due to inclement weather and road conditions, Lakota Public Schools is closed today, Wednesday, April 2nd. No virtual learning, no activities.

Mrs. Haugland's 7th grade Health class had the opportunity to submit Sun Safety Posters to the NDSU-Extension/North Dakota Cancer Coalition competition and 2 students earned prizes.
Congratulations to Bennett Neumann on his selection as an Honorable Mention Prize Winner and to Jenna Sundeen on placing 2nd in the senior division!

Congratulations to Dagan Slade for getting 1st place in the girls shot put and to Tyler-Cree Beglau for getting 1st in the boys 800 meter! - Lakota FBLA students are gone today and tomorrow for the state FBLA contest in Bismarck. Good luck to Lakota FBLA!

Winners receive $10 to the FBLA snack shop.
- There is a varsity track meet tomorrow @ Grand Forks starting at 12:30pm. Coaches will communicate leave times. Good Luck Chargers Track!
