- Thank you to the Lakota FFA Chapter for serving the wonderful lunch yesterday for the students, staff and FFA Alumni community members. It was a great success!

Tuesday, February 24th
- It's National FFA Week! The Lakota FFA Chapter will be serving a meal at the high school today during lunch for students in grades 7 through 12, staff members, and FFA alumni community members. The meal will consist of smoked pork loin, garlic mashed potatoes, corn, dinner rolls, lemonade, and brownies and ice cream for dessert. The meal will be served out of the snack shack near the main office from 11:50-12:30.

- Breakfast tomorrow is Cereal and Toast.
- The Nelson County Spelling Bee will be held today in McVille at Dakota Prairie Elementary School starting at 12:15pm. Students participating will be dismissed to eat at 11am. Bus will depart at 11:35am.

Join us at the NDES cafeteria for a hot breakfast and a morning of appreciation as we say THANK YOU to our EMS, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and all first responders who help keep Lakota safe.
